Snow and fog reported in Armenia

Most highways across Armenia remain open despite snowfall and fog in several regions, according to the Rescue Service.

Snowfall has been reported in the Artik and Ashotsk regions, as well as the Vardenyats Pass. Mixed precipitation is affecting the Meghri Pass, as well as the Aparan and Vayk regions.

Rain has been recorded in Artashat, Ararat, Yeghegnadzor, Goris, Sisian, Aragats, Armavir and Martuni. Fog has reduced visibility to around 50 meters on roads near Sevan, parts of Goris and the Spitak bends. All interstate and national highways remain open.
