Five Armenian police officers dismissed following disciplinary review

Five police officers in Armenia have been dismissed following a disciplinary investigation, the Interior Ministry reports.

The decision was taken at the ministry’s final disciplinary commission meeting of 2025 held on 24 December and chaired by Secretary General of the Interior Ministry Ara Fidanyan.

During the meeting, the commission examined the findings of internal investigations involving seven police officers. After reviewing the evidence, the commission recommended that five officers be dismissed from the police force, while two others were cleared of disciplinary responsibility.
