Armenia is expected to see a gradual rise in daytime temperatures from January 24 to 26, climbing by 3–5C.
The national weather service reports that conditions will remain largely dry across the country from January 24 to 28. However, strong winds of up to 17-20 m/s are expected in mountainous areas of Aragatsotn, Lori, Tavush, Gegharkunik and Syunik Provinces, bringing blizzards and reduced visibility.
Drivers are being warned of icy roads overnight and in the early hours of January 24.
In Yerevan, dry weather is expected throughout the period, with light south-westerly winds.
