Health authorities reported a 1.1-fold decrease in cases compared with the previous week, and a 2.1-fold decline compared with the same period in 2025.

Children and adolescents aged 0–18 accounted for nearly 75.4% of all reported cases, with the highest infection rates continuing to be observed among children aged 0–4.

Several respiratory viruses are currently circulating in the country, including influenza A subtypes H3N2 and H1pdm09, as well as rhinovirus, respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), parainfluenza, bocavirus and adenovirus.
