Armenian pianist finishes 4th at Fujairah International Competition

Armenian pianist Hrachya Ghazaryan has earned laurels at the 7th Fujairah International Piano Competition in the United Arab Emirates, securing fourth place among dozens of young performers from around the world.

 

The prestigious classical music contest, held across four age categories, was chaired by renowned pianist and pedagogue Natalia Trull. Ghazaryan, a fourth-grade student at Yerevan’s Sayat-Nova Music School and participant in its Excellence Programme, was the youngest competitor in the 11–13 age group.

 

Guided by his teacher Marine Margaryan, Ghazaryan impressed the jury with a polished performance in the final round, winning the title of laureate.
