Passengers were evacuated from a Yerevan Metro train after a technical malfunction on Friday morning.
According to the metro service, the issue was caused by power fluctuations, which triggered a fault on an open-air section of the line. Specialists have been dispatched to the site and are working to restore normal operations as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, trains are running on a single track in both directions, which may lead to delays.
Earlier reports indicated that passengers were asked to disembark from a train at Gortsaranayin Station due to an unspecified issue.
