Minor earthquake hits Armenia

A magnitude 2 earthquake struck Armenia's Lori Province on Saturday.

The tremor occurred 6 kilometres northeast of the town of Spitak and at a depth of 10 kilometers, the Interior Ministry reported.

Residents in the villages of Arevashogh and Karadzor felt the quake with an intensity of 2 on the MSK scale.
