Tsarukyan highlights security concerns in Vayots Dzor

Prosperous Armenia Party leader Gagik Tsarukyan on Tuesday continued his pre‑election meetings in southern Vayots Dzor Province, where he underscored voters’ growing concerns about national security.

In a statement shared alongside footage of the gatherings, Tsarukyan said that every encounter with citizens carried “great importance” for him. He emphasized that the trust and warmth shown by residents increased his sense of responsibility to meet their expectations.

According to Tsarukyan, the dominant issue raised by locals was Armenia’s security. “People want a peaceful, safe and stable future. They are tired of empty talk and mutual insults, and today they expect real solutions and concrete steps,” he stated.

Armenia is set to hold parliamentary elections on June 7.
