Armenia's basketball team begins FIBA U20 EuroBasket Division B campaign

The Armenian men's under-20 basketball team will begin its FIBA U20 EuroBasket Division B campaign in Slovakia on Thursday, with the tournament running from 10 to 19 July.

Head coach Sevak Ketendjian has named a 12-player squad for the competition:

A total of 21 national teams are competing in Division B, split into four groups. Armenia has been drawn in Group C alongside Kosovo, Portugal, Iceland, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Cyprus.

Armenia opens its campaign against Iceland on 10 July before facing Portugal the following day. The team will then take on Bosnia and Herzegovina on 12 July, Kosovo on 14 July, and Cyprus on 15 July.

• 11 July: Portugal vs Armenia — 15:00

• 12 July: Armenia vs Bosnia and Herzegovina — 22:30

• 14 July: Kosovo vs Armenia — 23:00
