Nagorno-Karabakh conflict to be settled peacefully, OSCE MG ex-Co-Chair says
According to the OSCE MG ex-Co-Chair Vladimir Kazimirov, Nagorno-Karabakh conflict should be settled peacefully, Bakililar.az says.
According to the source, the Co-Chair said Armenia and Azerbaijan are too far from the Nagorno-Karabakh settlement.
The implementation of force in the regulation process is excluded, he said.
“This will be a moral collapse for the OSCE, with the latter being the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict mediator still since 1992.”
As Kazimirov said, military activities will shadow Russian, US and French mediation. The conflict should be regulated peacefully, through talks, he urged.
