Robert Kocharyan: Spirit of Sardarapat inseparable from Armenian people

Armenia’s second President Robert Kocharyan extended congratulations to the nation on the occasion of Republic Day celebrated on May 28.

"The spirit of Sardarapat is inseparable from our people – it cannot be alienated and any attempt to do so is dangerous for those who make it," Kocharyan said in a message.

"The legacy of Sardarapat – unity and organization – continues to inspire us. I am confident it will lead us out of the current despair, help us rebuild and strengthen our country and restore our national dignity," he added.
