Armenian philanthropist Samvel Karapetyan supported families in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) for a long time, awarding $4,000 to families upon the birth of their fourth child.

Run through the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund, the initiative was more than financial assistance—it carried symbolic weight, celebrating new life on ancestral land and reinforcing the importance of strong families.
