Flights between Yerevan and Gulf cities delayed or cancelled amid regional escalation

Several flights between Armenia and Gulf destinations have been delayed or cancelled amid strikes on Iran and its retaliation, according to updates provided by Yerevan’s Zvartnots International Airport.

Flights arriving in Yerevan from Dubai and Abu Dhabi, as well as departures from the Armenian capital to those cities, have been affected, Panorama.am reports, citing data on the airport website.

The Dubai-Yerevan flight scheduled to arrive at 12:25 local time is now expected to land at 17:10, the airport said. The Abu Dhabi-Yerevan flight scheduled for 12:55 has been delayed indefinitely.

The Kuwait-Yerevan flight has been cancelled.

All three Yerevan-Dubai flights scheduled for Saturday, along with Yerevan-Abu Dhabi and Yerevan-Kuwait services, have been postponed indefinitely.
