March in support of Samvel Karapetyan to be held in Yerevan

A march in defense of detained businessman and philanthropist Samvel Karapetyan will be held in Yerevan on July 4.

"On July 4 at 18:00, we are gathering at the Seasons Park on Mashtots Avenue in Yerevan (Malibu), from where we will march to the site of Samvel Karapetyan’s unlawful detention," his nephew Narek Karapetyan said in a statement.

"Let’s set aside our work for a few hours and unite to show that our people do not tolerate injustice. Anyone who justifies illegality discredits themselves. Join us. Your voice matters," he added.
