Armenian opposition MP visits Iranian Embassy to offer condolences on casualties

Armenian opposition lawmaker Tigran Abrahamyan visited the Iranian Embassy in Yerevan on Thursday to express condolences and sympathy to the Iranian people on behalf of the Pativ Unem faction.

In a social media post following the visit, Abrahamyan described war as a “human tragedy” that brings immense loss and destruction.

“The Armenian people have repeatedly endured such tragedies and know all too well the pain and suffering they cause,” he wrote.

He emphasized that peace has no alternative, warning that ongoing military operations may shift circumstances but will not provide lasting solutions.
